Pricing:
Tooling cost will vary depending on the complexity of the part being formed, the size of roller, the tooling material required and the quantity of form rolling tools. Often, a 25% savings can be realized when purchasing 6 or more pair of tooling.

Delivery Time:
Generally, all special form-rolling tools are custom designed and the delivery time is stated on the quotations. On average, this can be anywhere from 4 to 5 weeks depending on the complexity of the forming die and the necessary tool design. Upon the receipt of your purchase order the process is started immediately and the ship date is stated when the order is confirmed. For repetitive orders, a pre-fixed schedule can be arranged so that the required sets of form roll dies can be shipped on a monthly basis.

Quotations:
All quotations are free of charge and are typically offered within 48 hours of receiving a properly detailed part drawing.
